If you would like to receive an invite please be sure to add your name to our membership list. This page will be updated shortly with event details.

 

Physical tickets are not issued. Once you register for an event your name is then placed on a list that we'll have at the door to check you in as you arrive. You are required to pay upon arrival to the event. Cancellations are required 3 days in advance. Less than 3 days and you are required to pay for all places that you have reserved.

If you are unable to attend the event for which you reserved, VAWC welcomes and encourages you to substitute a friend in your place. Or it may be that in some cases there is a waiting list in this case we will do our utmost to try and fill you place with a member on the waiting list. Please notify us via email if someone will be taking your place(s).
